An experienced Board level executive with over 20 years experience devising and delivering Business Strategies and Marketing interventions globally. Valerie has worked at a senior level in a number of key sectors and has a strong background in Finance. During her time in Banking, Valerie was on the Board of AIB Corporate & Commercial Banking (formally Capital Markets Division). She holds a Masters in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin and she also has qualifications in Business Studies, Marketing & PR.

Executive Creative Director and Co-Founder of Brighter than the Sun. An award-winning multidisciplinary designer and director, David’s work has lead him into the diverse fields of branding, television and film. With a passion for emerging technologies, David uses it cleverly to push the boundaries, create new layers on traditional creative methods. This has given him significant experience in 3D animation, motion graphics and video mapping. His recent talk at TEDx Broadway showcased his extraordinary talent in his field.
Our team's skilled understanding of motion graphics together with an exceptional talent in the area of creative design and execution creates brilliance for our customers. Working directly with directors/producers, programmers, engineers and production managers for each production, our team leverages everyone's expertise to create Visceral Imagery that enhances the illustration of a story with spell bounding effects.

Our Executive Creative Director was asked to speak at the TEDx Broadway event which took place in NYC in February.
His obvious passion for emerging technologies means that Dave constantly stays close to where technology is headed and uses it cleverly to push the boundaries and create new layers on traditional creative methods.
He has done this many times, however his recent work on the Heartbeat of Home show (created by the producers of Riverdance) really showcased the extent of his talent and his ability to truly transcend the audience.
Brighter Than The Sun are thrilled to be a part of ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks - The Musical ‘ touring production. This dynamic and energetic show currently touring North America & Canada, is leaving audiences spell bound by the engagement and magic it creates. Our Creative Team led by David Torpey had good fun creating these visceral effects which combined with the amazing production allow audiences immerse themselves in this hilarious, music-filled interactive live show.
